I thought I was going to get an on-screen keyboard by enabling Accessibility options so I did this. Instead when the system rebooted some weird computer voice came on saying "Welcome to Orca. Starting ORca Preferences". Then all I see is a vertical line in the center of the screen and horizontal line in the center of the screen which makes plus a big plus sign. In the center of the plus sign i see what appears to be braille  which sometimes changes when moving the mouse around to something else I assume is another braille letter. But other than that I see nothing change on the screen no matter where i move the mouse or what i press. Anyone have any clue how I can get out of this?

I cant even use my link since I have no idea how to use ORca/Screen /Magnifier.

HELP PLEASE.
