Unwanted orphans on Neuros 2

Ive recently had my Neuros 2 repaired and may have had new firmware updated to it, after i had earlier transferred files directly to the device. I cant seem to remove what appears to be a lot of orphan files on the device. The NSM indicates that the capacity of the device is half full - though i cant read any of these files from NSM. Files appear under playlists on the device, though says no record available if i attempt to play them. How can i remove to get full capacity?

This is really in the wrong category. This is the 442 section. I recommend you try different synchronization software. I use NDBM. Sorune is another option.
