Hi,

Is there any way to increase the bitrate of the highest quality bitrate setting?  Perhaps a modified firmware...  with the digits for the bitrate modified?

I use this recorder on a motorcycle for documenting trips through alpine passes... etc  and the artifacts at speed look pretty bad -  and with media cards being so cheap, I'd happily double the bitrate... 

Any ideas Neuros?

We will not be able to modify the options offered. But use the QVGA superfine setting, it should give you the best results.
