Scheduled Recordings are clearing using osd-3.33-1.73-4.81t

This has happened twice in the past week - all the Scheduled Recordings have vanished from the Neuros - both times, as the device was switching from one program to another directly following. I rebooted the system before re-entering the Scheduled Recordings; the second set lasted two days before once again clearing. When I attempted to re-install the firmware, suspecting it may have become corrupted (it's been operating fine with this version of the firmware for about a month (or however long this version's been out, whichever's less)), I wasn't able to - the Neuros indicated my firmware was up to date.
