I noticed two things in the past two days. When I first set up my Link everything worked fine. Now, when I use app.neuros.tv to search for a show it doesn't do anything. For example, I type Family Guy in and the white search drop down pops up with a little search meter, the meter goes away and there is no results, just white space. However, using app.neuros.tv works on my laptop... just not on the Link. Also, Firefox isn't properly displaying webpages. When I am browsing Hulu or any other video site (and/or regular websites) it displays some hyperlinks and words as lines. Yes, just a line. I have never seen that before. Any ideas?

It sounds like Firefox may be caching the stylesheets or page.  Try doing Ctrl-Shift-R to force-refresh in Firefox.
(Obviously this is something we are looking to fix shortly...)

I tried what you said to refresh Firefox and it didn't work. The first time I tried it Firefox was very unstable and crashing. It would just freeze and I would have to Force Quit it. I rebooted and went to app.neuros.tv and there were a bunch of letters under the search box (like the alphabet) and because I am nosey I clicked one and it spread them out in a strange way down the page. I closed Firefox and reopened it. Went to the neuros app and did Ctrl+Shift+R and it still does the same thing I said above. Any idea what to try next?

Would you be able to take a picture of what you see and post it to this thread?  I can't visualize this, and I don't think we've ever encountered this before.

Also, try the following:
- Press F11 to exit out of fullscreen
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Privacy
- Under Private Data, click on Clear Now and click Clear Private Data Now.
- Close the menus, then press F11 to get back into fullscreen mode.
- Minimize the browser and restart the LINK.

If this does not work, perhaps something was corrupted in your user profile?  I would suggest restoring your system in that case, using the instructions here: http://forums.neurostechnology.com/index.php?topic=9592.0

Thanks for the reply, I was out of town this weekend. I will check out the Link again either tonight or tomorrow night and see if I can reproduce and post an image. If not, and it continues, I will try the restore. (I did try Clear Private Data before, no luck)

Did a restore, problem is gone. Not sure what happened the first time. Now onto more tinkering!
