Just so you know, the Logitech Harmony 550 remote works just fine with the Neuros OSD 1.  It is even easy to teach the remote things like the XIM key. Also, when setting it up, Neuros appears under the heading of Media PC, with the Model number being OSD.

Addtional information:

I have been playing with and adjusting the Harmony remote to suite my use of electronics and have made a few, what I consider, important changes. One being that you should set the power options for the Neuros as, never power down this device. I was having issues as when I switched from one activity (ie watch a dvd) back to Television, the Harmony remote sends out a blast to power down all other devices. As the Neuros dooesn't actually have a power off swtich it was getting coonfused I think. It stopped being able to make a proper recording.

I added this new no power down feature to the remote and then reset the Neuros. No more issues.
